The Biggest Fitness Challenge – MOTIVATION
It is important we take care of our bodies so we can live long, vibrant, active and a healthy life. That is why in today’s session I would love to talk about your greatest fear, reason why you haven’t started out on that fitness journey or maybe why you stopped after a few months trial. Setting aside time to exercise can be a huge challenge for most of us , sometimes we find ourselves starting out awesomely well only to give up after 3 to 4 trials. All effort to start again proves abortive. We sometimes find an excuse that’s quite cheap and lame “the I don’t have time syndrome”. No one ever has time for such activity that leaves our heart racing, our muscles sore, feeling of instantaneous tiredness etc . We can only create the time, that’s like the first phase of motivation.
