Weight loss 101- The impact of exercise on weight loss



There is this popular belief we all have, if you want to lose weight, eat smart and exercise more.
Absolutely correct I must say. 
In human there is a fine balance between energy intake and energy expenditure. While energy intake involves the amount of food you take in , energy expenditure simply means the amount of calories expended during a physical activity. If energy intake is more than energy expenditure, Weight gain is eminent. Weightloss happens when energy expenditure exceeds the energy intake.

So in a simple language to avoid weight gain and enhance fat loss, EAT SMART (less calories) increase PHYSICAL ACTIVITY (more exercise).
