Creating a fitness plan to help you lose weight
Weight loss is a big deal especially when your Doctor has
given you a heads up about the potential hazard of been overweight. If you want
to lose weight , there are two questions that come to mind: what should I eat? And
what should my workouts look like ?
In recent times during the course of my career I have come
across self-acclaimed weight loss expert who intentionally give you a weird and
so impossible ways to lose 20kg in one month whoop!!!!! You heard that right?
Truth is, that is not a realistic goal.

and your body is been deprived off basic nutrients that is required to give you
a balanced diet –that’s a sickening mode of losing weight that took your body
